Before using

At first No Anxiety blanket could be unfamiliar to use.

Our recommendation is to gradually practice sleeping in it. For example, in the first evenings try to fall asleep with No Anxiety blanket and when you wake up in the night feeling uncomfortable then switch it up with a regular one. It could take 3-10 days to get use to it depending on person's needs.
